The Ceramics Corridor® Innovation Centers consist of two state of the art facilities. The Alfred Facility is anchored by Alfred University in Alfred, New York and the Painted Post Facility, located in the town of Erwin is within one mile of Corning Incorporated Sullivan Research Park.

Alfred Facility

The Alfred facility is a 30,000 sq. ft., two story multi-tenant technology facility subdivided into individual suites ranging from 350 sq. ft. office to 1,400 sq. ft. laboratory space suitable for R&D or light manufacturing. Located within one mile of the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University, this facility is the ideal location for a partnered or assisted venture with the CACT Center and member affiliates.

 

 


Painted Post Facility

The Painted Post/Corning facility is a 40,000 sq. ft., multi-tenant technology facility subdivided into individual suites ranging from 360 sq. ft. office to 1,400 sq. ft. laboratory space suitable for R&D or light manufacturing. This facility has easy access to I-86 (Route 17) allowing for convenient travel to the Elmira Airport, Corning and Bath.
